The integrated inflatable cuff exerts a lateral pressure to the pelvis for best adjusting and stabilization result. This helps to reduce life-threatening inner bleeding and pain significantly.

Alternatively we offer a reusable pelvic sling for a pelvic circumference of 90-130 cm.
